06/14/2026 2-5pm - "Music Bingo" with The Toast of Champaign Chorus
Event Location: RE Franks Center, 127 Washington St. Philo, IL
Description: Grab your friends and reserve a table for an afternoon of music, fun, and bingo hosted by Toast of Champaign Chorus and entertainment provided by Prairie Fire DJ Service! To PURCHASE TICKETS, reach out to a fellow Toast of Champaign Member or email TEAMLEADER@TOASTOFCHAMPAIGN.
TABLE & GAME PRICING:• Tables seat 6 people • Cost for 6 games: • Ages 13+ (Adult): $20/person or $100/table • Children 12 & under: $5/card
CHILD SEATING INFO: Children’s cards will be provided for ages 12 and under. Please note: • Chairs at tables are NOT child-sized seats • Parents should bring a lawnchair/folding chair or something kind of seating apparatus for their children.
TABLE DECORATING CONTEST: We’ll provide tablecloths, but no additional decorating will be done by the event team. Want to decorate your table? Go for it! There is NO additional cost to participate in the table decorating contest. Prize awarded for Best Decorated Table!
PERFORMANCE TIMES: We’ll sing:• 1:55 PM to open the afternoon, After Bingo Game #3, Before the Blackout Game (#7)
HOW MUSIC BINGO WORKS: The DJ plays extended cuts of songs, Find the song in your songbook and mark the matching number on your card, Shazam and other song-identification apps ARE allowed
BLACKOUT GAME (#7): Optional game — NOT included in the regular admission price, Additional $5 to play, Extra bingo cards for any game are available for $1 each
EVENT LENGTH: Games take the full 3 hours to complete, so plan to stay for the whole fun afternoon!A
CHILD BINGO RULES: Games officially end on an ADULT bingo. If a child gets bingo first, the child portion of that round ends, The game continues until an adult bingo occurs
