Niki has been an integral part of the success of the Melodeers for all of her 32 plus years of membership. She is very active in the chorus, giving so much of her time and organizational skills wherever needed and without being asked. She gets involved and volunteers for everything. When she takes on a job, we know it will be done efficiently and correctly.
She is currently the DRS Coordinator and was previously our Team Manager. Both of these jobs require many hours of work outside of chorus time.
Niki has been the chair of our holiday show, preview show, and now has led for the second year in a row our holiday Jingle Mingle, which is becoming a great fund raiser for the chorus and wonderful family event.
As if that is not enough, Niki is also on the Costume Committee, a member of the front row, and tape evaluator.
As the Melodeers look to the future, we know our future is bright with devoted members like Niki. She is involved, creative, thoughtful, organized, has the spirit of a true volunteer, and invested in doing whatever it takes to keep our chorus moving forward. The Melodeers are very grateful and thankful to have Niki in our chorus and proudly present her as our 2025 Woman of Note.
