Director Workshop - Mar 01, 2026

WHO: We encourage you to invite your Assistant Directors, DCP participants or interested music staff

WHERE: The Village Church (see note regarding address below)

WHEN: 1-6pm CST

WHAT: Directors' Workshop

WHAT TO EXPECT:  As a part of the day, we will be having Table Top roundtable discussions and would like to invite all of you to participate as a facilitator.  If you would be interested and willing to share your interest and insight on a topic of your choice, please email me and let me know your willingness to participate and the topic (s).  We would love to have you be a part of the success of the day and know that you have a wide variety of experience and expertise to offer.  Based on your feedback we will be designing the discussions and assigning the topics.   Topics TBD.

Below is the location information with specific parking requirements because regular GPS takes you to their Front Entrance of The Village Church - where there is not parking so use the address in your GPS for the Bean Bar!!

NOTE: The address to the church will guide you to the front entrance where there is no parking. Use the address of a coffee bar, Bean Bar, (https://www.beanbarnow.com/) which is right near the back entrance to the church to get you to the parking area you need to use. After parking, cross the street and follow the sidewalk to the double doors leading up to the church.  There will be someone posted there to help you once you arrive.
