MASS SING SONG LIST NEW!
Friday night is Quartet Night starting at 7 pm. ALL regional quartets have been invited to sing. We will be recognizing our medalist quartets and featuring a special performance by PRISM, our 2022 Regional Champion Quartet. Trophies from our 2022 Quartet Contest will be given out at this time. Later on, Sing With the Champs and party into the night as we kick-off our weekend Celebrations! Watch for updates and announcements about potential special appearances.
Saturday Morning kicks off at 8:45 am with a jam-packed day filled with fun events and learning from your Regional Leaders. It’s a Battle of the Choruses!! Attendees will be assigned to one of two choruses led by Master Directors Tori Hicks and Bonnie Fedyski. Experience being COACHED by Master Director 700 Jim Arns as he shares his expertise and talents in finding your best performance skills. Add in sectionals, skill-building and visual communication planning as each chorus masters the art of performance. At morning's end, each chorus will take the stage to showcase their final product. We will be using the newest Regional Song “Let’s Sing Again”. Music and Learning Tracks are on the Regional Website (login required). Download and bring your music and get a jump start on your learning!
Congratulate and celebrate our Regional Spirit of Harmony Award winner who will be REVEALED before we break for lunch.
During lunch, we will have the opportunity to share and discuss roundtable-style with our peers and RMT those burning questions we all want answered. Explore ideas and learn new options for growth within your respective choruses.
Start your engines with a MASS SING following our lunch break. Participating choruses will have a short opportunity to gather and warmup. Saturday afternoon kicks off performances by Regional Choruses along with a Special Performance by our International-bound 2019 Champion Chorus River City Sound
Trophies from our recent 2022 contest will be given out at this time. Cap off the afternoon by Singing With the Champs as we wish RCS the best in Phoenix!
Gather 'round the Barbershop Tag Pole once again during breaks and learn a TAG.
HAPPY HOUR starts at 5:30 with dinner following at 6.
Saturday Dinner and Party culminates the weekend with a Celebration of our Region and the wonderful singers who make up our membership. Join the Region as we recognize and honor our past International President Joan Boutilier and a Special Guest Appearance by our 2008 Queens of Harmony – The Four Bettys. You won’t want to miss this special presentation!
Following the presentation, we invite all attendees, quartets, choruses to SING. A signup sheet will be posted for your use.
